“This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. ”

But I have to say the service disappointed us several times, and we are not very picky travelers. We had asked for the hotel to organize transportation from airport to hotel. “Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and everything was organized to the highest standard. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was modern, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I have in months! Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day — the room was always fresh and clean.”
